Archived episodes of a health talk show that provides listeners with knowledge of the alternative health field and its practices. Its mission is to create a wellness community by fostering relationships among community members and professional practitioners in the body and energy healing arts.

The show is focused on establishing a common language with accurate & reliable information, clearing up misconceptions about holistic & alternative modalities, helping people connect to new options of wellness, and encouraging the use of these resources.

Circle Connect features interviews with local health experts, educators, & professionals; as well as individuals with insightful experiences or perspectives on the healing arts.

Functioning as a hub for regional industry resources, the show covers a range of subject matter: essential oils, herbs, diet & exercise, various types of massage, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, stress management, reiki & energy work, and mental health.

Mary Beth is a certified massage therapist, reiki master, and practitioner of energy healing arts.
